All Victory Of The People jewelry has been designed and carefully hand-crafted to the highest quality standards in our Toronto studio. Since each piece is made to order, we ask that you allow 10-12 business days before we ship your order. If your desired jewelry piece(s) are required by a specific date, or need expedited shipping, we may be able to accommodate your request. Please email us at info@victoryofthepeople.ca and a customer service representative will be in contact within 24 hours.
Personalized items and special orders can not be returned.
CUSTOMIZATION
If you notice a certain ring size, chain length or bracelet size is not offered on our website, please contact info@victoryofthepeople.ca. for more information as we will try our best to accommodate your request.

Canada and US Complimentary Ground Shipping:
Complimentary ground shipping for orders to be shipped within Canada and the US will automatically be applied during checkout.
Please note the client is responsible for all duties and taxes applied to the shipment.
All orders require a signature upon delivery.
Return Policy
If you are not fully satisfied with your Victory Of The People order, we will gladly accept returns and exchanges accompanied by the original receipt for a refund, or merchandise credit within 10 days of delivery date. If returned between 11 and 30 days, an exchange or merchandise credit will be issued. Please ensure the item is returned in new and re-saleable condition. If you would like to make a return please email for a return authorization at info@victoryofthepeople.ca (no refund will be granted without return authorization). For your protection, please pack your returns in the original box, return your order with an insured courier and retain your receipt. Victory of the People is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Please include a note with your name and invoice number. Once your return is processed, your credit card will be credited the cost of the item, including tax, less the cost of shipping.
Gift Return Policy
Items received as gifts may be exchanged for another item(s) of equal or lesser value when accompanied with a gift receipt.
Exchange Policy
Victory of the People will accept items for exchange up to 30 days after receipt. We can only accept exchanges on items purchased on Victoryofthepeople.ca. For Victory Of The People Styles purchased from another retailer, please contact that retailer directly.
If you would like to make an exchange please email for a return authorization at: info@victoryofthepeople.ca (no exchanges will be granted without return authorization). For your protection, please pack your returns in the original box, return your order with an insured courier and retain your receipt. Victory Of The People is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Please include a note with your authorization number, name, contact details and invoice number. Once your exchange is processed, you will be emailed a digital gift card in the amount of the original purchase price of the piece(s).
Jewelry Care
Victory Of The People jewelry has been designed and hand-crafted to the highest quality standards. Proper care and maintenance will preserve the beauty and shine of your VOP jewelry. Periodic examination of clasps and settings to ensure a secure fit is recommended. We suggest removing jewelry before swimming, bathing, exercising and working with chemicals or harsh abrasives including substances containing bleach or ammonia. Always put your jewelry on after you dress to avoid contact with perfumes, cosmetics or other household chemicals.
Our collections consist mainly of 14k gold which is known for its beautiful colour and durability. They can be cleaned with the VOP polishing cloth or warm, soapy water. A gentle jewelry cleaner that is specifically designated for 14k gold may be used in some cases but we suggest reading the instructions and testing the cleaner on a small portion before cleaning the entire piece.
Storage
When your Victory Of The People jewelry is not being worn, always store it in its original sachet. To avoid scratches, each piece of jewelry should be stored separately.
Care for White Diamonds
Diamonds can be cleaned safely with lint-free cloths, soap and water, jewelry cleaning solutions and ultrasonic cleaners. Harsher cleaning methods are not recommended for home use.
Care for Black Diamonds (with Black Rhodium Plating)
Black diamonds are natural diamonds that have been treated to give them their black color. Due to this treatment, they are sensitive to heat, chlorine and other household chemicals. Do not subject them to high temperatures and do not clean with an ultrasonic cleaner.
Most of our pavé set black diamond pieces have been black rhodium plated behind the diamonds. Plating is a process that coats a fine layer of black rhodium over gold to give the entire piece or a specific area a uniform, blackened appearance. Rhodium plating is not permanent and may wear off in time. To care for your back rhodium plated jewelry, we recommend using a jewelry cloth only. Do not use liquid jewelry dips or cleaners. The chemicals used can cause the plating to wear off more quickly.
Care for Pearls
Pearls are organic gemstones that can be rather fragile. They are highly sensitive to chemicals, moisture and heat so we suggest avoiding contact with lotions, perfume, cosmetics, hair products and excessive heat. Be sure to wipe pearls with a soft cloth after every use. Removing any chemicals, dirt or perspiration will help reserve their luster. Do not use chemical cleaners, as this will destroy their lustre. Store your pearls separate from other jewelry to avoid scratches on the surface.
Care for Gemstones
Keep gemstones away from high heat, chemicals, oils, perfumes, and household cleaners. Clean your gemstones using warm, soapy water and dry them immediately with a soft cloth. Avoid using commercial jewelry cleansers, steam or ultrasonic cleaners.
Repairs
If your Victory Of The People jewelry needs repair, please contact us at info@victoryofthepeople.ca for repair instructions. All repairs including diamond or other precious stone replacements are priced on a case by case basis. Include your name, address, phone number and email address, and note the reason for repair.
Please allow 4 weeks for all repairs.
Replacement Earrings
If you have lost an earring, Victory of the People can create a replacement for you. The cost would be half the price of the pair of earrings. Contact info@victoryofthepeople.ca for replacement instructions.
